We predominantly promote our services online and through social media channels nationwide and this role will involve travelling across the country to deliver event catering experiences at customers’ venues. The role may involve taking charge of our sales and marketing including showcasing experiences on our social media pages – but ultimately customer care to ensure our service meets the customers’ needs and requirements; and often interacting with the business community.

The successful Candidate will be working closely with the owners and a line manager and clients located all over the country to ensure that we capture event stories that will enable us to demonstrate the impact and deliver on delightful experiences to all our customers and their guests.
The successful candidate will be working with managers running, managing and organizing all client side events for the company ranging from private events to weddings, birthdays, corporate, office or anything in between

We are currently recruiting for Mobile Chefs to join our wonderful team working Monday to Friday, and weekends; 20 hours per week guaranteed and based on a variable contract where you may be required to work additional hours as the business demands.
We’re looking for individuals who have a flair for customer service, strong communication skills, a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers and of course has a love for food or a desire to know more!
As a Benons Catering Mobile Chef you will engage with customers by serving them hot or cold food, setting up meeting rooms with attention to detail to make them inviting and welcoming, restocking of products and laying out food and counter displays so they look attractive and inviting

Requirements
Full training is provided so experience is not essential but would be preferable.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and provide valid right to work in the UK.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Candidate Requirements
•    Have a Clean U.K/EU Driving License
•    Have experience in working in Catering, Hospitality and Events
•    Have a passion for food and service and the ability to innovate in this area.
•    Have a high degree of knowledge in Food Hygiene.
•    Ability to work independently and manage a small team in various sites.
•    Show the ability to manage in a diverse and pressurised environment with a focus on client and customer service.
•    Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
•    Be commercially focused.
•    Be a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
•    Have problem-solving skills and be confident and assertive.
