To order, you can use our online ordering service, email us for a booking or simply give us a call.

We aim to work on every order according to its specific requirements. When we receive your order, we will confirm it first then send you an email detailing the food items ordered and the delivery details plus all other order specific information. We ask that customers double check to ensure accuracy of the information at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid any future inconveniences.

 

The more notice we get beforehand, the better for to be able to prepare you buffet or arrange any hire items to your needs. As a guide, 3 days booking notice is about the ample.

We will still welcome of course any other requests with shorter booking notice on our day and next day buffet services. We understand that occasionally a buffet need may arise at short notice. We always do our best to fit in your requirements though this might mean a limited menu choice. Give us a call to see how we can help.

 

Changes to your booking

 

Should any changes to your requirements change prior to event date, please contact us at the earliest opportunity by email or phone call with your order number on hand. We will work on any possible amendments and send you a confirmation reflecting any changes

 

Cancellations

 

Charges apply to any cancellation, and all cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail:

 

Our cancellation charges are as follows

More than 48 hours -                     No Charge

Between 24 and 48 hours -          50% charge

Less than 24 hours -                        Full charge

 

Final Guest Count

 

Again, the more time we have for any changes in guest numbers, the better for us. We advise that the guest count is confirmed two working to event. We always try to accommodate changes to guest counts as we appreciate things can always change. Reductions in final guest count may incur a charge.

 

Allergies and special dietary needs

 

A full list of ingredients and allergen information for all out food items is available on asking. We can cater for most dietary needs. Please let us know on booking of any requirements so we can advise of alternative items we have available.

 

Delivery

 

We advise customers to book delivery 30 minutes before it is required. Please ensure there is access to the venue and a table provided for it to be set up on if you’ve not hire one from us. We offer free delivery to all our customers with a minimum purchase of £80. Customers may incur a small delivery charge for order below that.

 

We offer free staff to help serve waiting on guests for all orders of 100 guests and more. We do have staff available on hand for a charge for orders of smaller guest numbers who will be happy to help. Simply ask on booking.  

 

Payment

 

Payment can be made via BACS, Cheque, Cash PayPal, or debit / credit card. All prices quoted exclude VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added to you final invoice.
